PAYMENT

On m-kae.dk you can pay with creditcard. No fees are charged for credit cards and the amount will not be drawn from your card account until the goods are dispatched.  

 

If you pay through PayPal, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object. Read more about the conditions on the PayPal website.  

It is also possible to pay with GooglePay and ShopPay.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS (DAY 1-14 AFTER RECEIVING THE GOODS)

As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase.  

 

This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.

The period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to hello@m-kae.dk or make use of the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the end of the terms of business.  You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time. 

Returning the goods 

When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the goods to us. 

You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is damaged during transport. 

 

No right to cancellation

The following agreements cannot be cancelled:  

Deliveries of goods which are made to your specifications or which are of a clearly personal nature 

 

Deliveries of sealed items which for health or hygienic reasons are not suitable to be returned, when the seal has been broken after delivery.  

The state of the article when you return it

If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded. 

We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.

 

Refund of the purchase sum 

If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. 

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.  We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

 

We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

EXPANDED RIGHT OF RETURN (DAY 15-30)

We have an expanded right of return which means you have 30 days after receiving the preoducts to request for returning the products. 

To be able to return the products the products must be in the same condition as you received them, unused and in its original packaging. 

 

Orders shipped within Denmark, we impose a fee at 30DKK and in Europe and rest of the world we impose a fee at 10€. You don’t have to do anything, we will deduct the fee from your refund.

FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCTS PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS

  1. Pack the products you wish to return/exchange. You can easily reuse the box the items were sent in for the return.

  2. Go to M-KAE.com and request for your return/exchange. Fill out the form with your email and order number. 

  3. If your request is approved you will receive a confirmation mail send to your e-mail.

  4. Press link to downloade your shipping label.

  5. Stick the label on the return package and then bring it to a drop off point.

Remember that you must bring the items you wish to return to your nearest drop off point within 30 days from the shipping date of your purchase, before the return period expires.

Freight damage

We ask you to check the order upon receipt and contact us as possible if the product is defect, damages or if you receive the wrong product, for us to assess the problem and be able to fix it. 

Exceptions/nonrefundable products for the expanded right of return

Unfortunately we cannot refund products bought on sale or giftcards after the first 14 days. 

Exchanging 

You can always exchange one style for another size (of in stock). Fill out the form we send you in the package. 

Refund of the purchased sum 

We will notice you when we have received and inspected the returned products and will give you notice of the refund is approved or not. If approved the refund will automatically go to the payment method originally used. Remember it might take up to 7-10 working days for you to see the refunded payment on your account. 

 

RIGHT TO MAKE COMPLAINTS 

When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. 

This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you may either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time. 

 

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your freight costs (within reason). The article must always be retuned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY  

We need the following information when you trade with us:

Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. 

 

We register and pass on the personal details which are necessary to deliver the goods to you.  

Personal data is registered with M-KAE ApS and is kept for five years, after which the details are deleted.  

In addition, we work with a number of other companies who store and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf, and must not use them for their own purposes. 


We work only with processors of data in the EU or in countries where your data will be given adequate protection.  

On m-kae.com person responsible for data is M-KAE ApS   You are entitled to be told what details about you we process.

If you believe the details are inaccurate, you are entitled to have them corrected. In certain situations, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. These could, for instance, be data which are no longer necessary for the purpose we used them for.
